Laura is a woman on a mission: to support the next generation of leaders, teenage girls from around the world. After talking with hundreds of girls and founding She is the Universe, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and movement for girls empowerment,
Laura distilled what girls all around the world need from all of us to get to where they want to be in life: Support. But what does this support look like? And how can we help build our future leaders, one girl at a time?

• Taking action, even when you don’t believe you are ready.
• Finding your purpose by finding what breaks your heart.
• Is this it? Reconnect with possibility by building a life path that is in alignment with who you truly are.

“Laura, I loved how passionate you are about what you do. It’s incredible to see how you transitioned from the girl who didn’t find her place in the world to the woman who empowers hundreds of girls in order to find their places.”
— Conference attendee / Youth
“We had our eyes all teary after hearing about Ma’am Laura’s stories. Stories that gave inspiration to all of us and reminded us that there is no such thing as ‘impossible’ and ‘different’ as long as we keep dreaming. We may all have different stories, different places of origin, whether we’re men or women, we all have the right to dream and do the things to make it a reality. At that very moment, my eyes were opened about the truth of life.
